At SH we 'manage' your venture in the true sense of the phrase. We handle all factors of the develop stage of the venture – guaranteeing best use of sources along with the control of costs, timescales and distribution daily activities. We straight sub-contract the services of plasterers, electricians, plumbers, floor carpeting and tilling installers, all of whom are completely covered, certified and approved by their specific trade/professional systems. To make sure maximum use of sources we generate complete venture plans and work daily activities along with purchasing, provide and distribution daily activities to make sure all components are on-site as required. We provide our customers with duplicates of all the preparing certification so they know what is happening and when.
